I have always been terrible about drinking enough water in a day.  I especially struggled drinking enough water when I was pregnant.  I am sure everyone in high school at the time remembers me carrying around my big water bottle of tea everyday because I was so tired of water!  I have been trying to work on my water intake because drinking water has a lot of great health benefits.  That is when I came across this great water bottle. 
It is a motivational water bottle.  It gives you a schedule for drinking water.  It has definitely helped me with my water intake.  It helps me to visually see how much water I have drank and how much more water I need to drink for the day.  A big motivation for me is that water helps you to lose weight.  I have to keep telling myself that.  I posted the link below to go check out the water bottles if you are interested!
